Mario - Product designer and photographer

Hello, I'm Mario and I live in Rostock. I started photography in 2002 and it has been my passion from the very beginning.

For serious photography and filming, I mainly use a Sony a7R V with various lenses and a DJI Mavic 2 Pro drone. In everyday life, I use one of the younger iPhone generations, which take great photos thanks to innovative camera hardware.

My main job is Lead Product Designer at Kpler. Before that, I was Lead Full-Stack Designer at FleetMon for about 10 years. FleetMon was acquired by Kpler together with MarineTraffic in early 2023. UI/UX for product design, brand design and design system management are among my main topics and I now have a good 16 years of professional experience.
